COULDN'T WAIT TO SHOW YOU...
I'm so excited! Dick finished this wonderful buttery yesterday and I'm so excited to have it in the shop! He is going to be building like crazy so we have LOTS of new pieces for our Christmas At The Mill open house on November 2 and 3.
The boxes are coming fast and furious right now. It's like having an early Christmas! Some of the goodies I am putting out now and some will be out for our open house. The reproduction treen is awesome.
Who doesn't love shelves? Dick will be building a variety of shelves in the next few weeks - and I hope to fill them with lots of prim wares!
Have you seen our hand-hooked flowers yet? They are made by Sue Eaton and just beautiful!
There's still a good variety of fall goodies to choose from. I will be going through and marking them down tomorrow, so come in and save.
Next week I will be heading to the markets to load up on more Christmas pretties. This is such a fun time of year! I can hardly wait to start decorating, but not yet!
Until next time...

LOTS MORE ROOM...
Oh dear, I hadn't realized how long it's been since I've done a post on here! We have recouped from the show and have set the date for the next Harvest At The Mill for September 6, 2014. I can't believe how many more dealers are interested and how big the next one will be.
I just love our new location, we have so much more room! I've heard a lot of sadness about Johnston Benchworks closing down, but don't fear, we have a new source for you. Winglemire Furniture in Holly is letting us showcase some of their new furniture and I think you will love it!
Dick just finished up another beautiful fireplace - just in time for the holidays!
This sweet little old green drysink just made it's way into the shop today. It is primitive!
I'm crazy about this one-door pie safe, very unusual!
These two carpenter totes came in today too. Wouldn't they be great with centerpieces for the holidays?
This old milk stool is so unique. It even has a place for the bucket!
This old primitive sink comes with shaving mug, razer, mirror, towel and battery candle. I can just see the old bucket filled with greens!
Another great piece is this old dehydrator. What a great place for those prim magazines.
Big old jelly cupboard would be wonderful storage for any room!
Guess I'll save more for another day, don't want to bore you with too many pictures. Come on in and see what's new. Also, mark your calendars for our Christmas At The Mill open house for November 2-3. There will be lots going on in town, the Holly Holiday Craft Show will be at the high school and lots of the shops will be having their open houses. You won't believe some of the wonderful wares that are arriving for the holiday season! Can't wait to decorate - just a few more weeks.
Until next time...
