UNIQUE PRIMS...

Good morning Prim Pals! Returned from the Little House last night after some much needed "rest". Got some of the leaves taken care of, flower beds raked out and I had fun experimenting with a hooked project on an old burlap coffee bag. Now it's back to reality. Dick is building this morning and I'm going to sew and get more goodies finished for the shop. Speaking of the shop, I wanted to share more of the wonderful prims we received from The Funky Tennessee Artist last week. Oh boy! They are so unique and wonderful, I could bring every one of them home with me. Her bottle dolls are just the best. The first one is dressed in a grubby natural dress, she has a mustard shawl, dark wool hair and clothespin hands.
The next bottle doll has a mustard skirt and shawl, flax hair and has square nails for hands. I love this one!!
The adorable black shelf sitter has flax hair, honeysuckle wings, wrapped halo, and her bodice is mustard cheesecloth and sweet annie. Perfect for a shelf or cupboard.
Talk about unique, this make-do is fantastic! She is grubby, done on an old real wood stump, has angel vine hair with a nest and crow on top of her head.
Another view of the top of her head.
Prim, prim, prim make-do. This little black head is set in an old red metal "basket". She has flax hair and a big old sunflower on the front.
Back view of red basket.
The pillows are flying out of the shop! This one has a grubby tulip made from coverlet material and is filled with sawdust.
the last sunflower pillow is also prim as can be and the last one we have right now. It is also filled with sawdust and tied with grubby cheesecloth. Come on in and get one of your own before they are gone. Don't forget, she will be in the shop on June 9th for the downtown Holly antique show. Can't wait!!! Now it's time to get moving and put together another load for the shop. Hope we see you soon!!! Until next time...
