Holly Hills Primitives is a brick and mortar storefront in the quaint village of Holly, Michigan. My name is Dawn Rossell and the shop has been in operation for approximately eight years. About three years ago, my husband, Dick, retired and has joined forces with me. We will ship anywhere in the United States, everything but furniture. We hope you will find that most of our merchandise is high quality primitive wares. Give us a call at the shop and we will get your orders out within two to three days. But don't forget, we still want you to come visit us at the shop too!
Hi Prim Pals! Whew, what a crazy weekend. I've got A LOT to share with you, so I hope you're up for a slew of pictures! We loaded the trailer Friday and took off for Breckenridge to set up for the Homespun Holiday Show. What a delight! It was so well organized and there were so many beautiful booths.
Come on into our booth. The table and chairs were at our entrance.
Dick finished this red cupboard on Thursday night and we delivered it to Lansing on our way home from the show last night.
My ALL TIME favorite is the fireplace. Please Santa, this is all I want for Christmas!
We had a long table filled with handmades and they went fast!
The crock bench was filled with lots more goodies.
The dry sink and blanket crane shelf showed off the hand-made pillowcases. They were gone in the blink of an eye!
Another beauty by Dick is this chimney/settle.
The broom holders also flew - hope we can find more children's brooms!
We were honored that Sue bought this cupboard. When we delivered it to her Lansing home, I was in prim heaven! Her home was featured in Country Sampler a while back and it is unbelievable in person. Thank you Sue!
Having some fun with the girls! Earlene, me, Sue, and Cheryl. It was just a great day, we made lots of contacts, and we're looking forward to the Promise Of Spring show on March 30th. Thank you to Char Byers for a wonderful show!
Our town unveiled a memorial to our service people this afternoon, which was very moving.
Our new memorial.
Thought some of you might want to see a little preview of the shop. We have LOTS more goodies coming in this week and next week. The front of the shop is decked out in lots of reds.
Had to share a picture of our "island"! This is an original old fanning mill that Dick converted into an island. Wish I had room for it!
Yup, those are the doors into Zanie Janie's coffee shop.
Gotta love mustard!
Our little "coop" is filled with lights.
We have quite an offering of Family Heirloom Weavers goodies - including this bed of pillows!
The candle cupboard will be restocked within the week too.
I could just cozy in with a cup of coffee on this make-do settle.
It is right next to the fireplace in our cabin.
Nothing like tiny white lights this time of year.
This little pie safe would be so adorable on an old cupboard.
And more green, textiles and a cute little house. I will be posting more pictures when our next load is put out this week. For now, hop over to our selling blog http://hollyhillsprimwares.blogspot.com and see what's new! Don't forget, this Friday night from 5-9 p.m. is Ladies Nite Out in Holly, Michigan. Grab some friends and come visit Holly Hills Primitives. Until next time...
