SALE TIME...

Good morning friends. Wow, the first week of the new year sure went off with a bang! It's been crazy busy in our neck of the woods. Our Gannon has been in the hospital all week and our Jack has to have his tonsils out next week, Ashley's family all have had the flu, Mom came down with it yesterday, and my son Chad had to have a tooth pulled (15 shots later and it still wasn't numb). I've been doing A LOT of babysitting and also spending time with Dad. Sure hope things take a better turn SOON.
Last night I finally had an evening at home and got most of my decorations backed back away and a good cleaning done. Dick got me an XM radio for Christmas and it was so wonderful to just putz around, listening to great music and get my house back to semi-normal. I love that feeling when it's done, the little white lights are on, candles are lit and you can just sit back and do a little stitching and enjoy life.
Just wanted to remind you that the entire shop is 20% off and the remainder of Christmas is 50% off through Saturday. I also marked LOTS of the furniture pieces way down too. Next week it will be time to move it all around, pack up some things and bring on the new. I'm really having a hard time waiting for the week to be over to get started! Holly Hills Primitives needs a new look - and so does the shopkeeper! More antiques will be filtering in, new handmades will be arriving daily and then the markets are this month too - WOO HOO!!! SO, come in and find a deal before the week ends.
We're trying to line up some cabin fever classes too. This is the time of year that a lot of gals want to get out of the house and try something new. I'd love any suggestions of classes that you might be interested in.
Well, time to get to the shop and work on some furniture pieces for next week.
Until next time...
