FAVORITE NEW FALL GOODIES...

What a fun day at work! Got some new wares in the shop that I couldn't wait to share with you and there's more on the way! I love these primitive "lanterns" made out of old wooden boxes and tin.

This scarecrow is the best! He is dressed in grubby longjohns.

Black Jack is done on an old dark orange thermos jug.

This cute little dolly has funky braids and is holding her kitty.

Another cute doll holding her crow pie - in an old zinc lid.

Beautiful basket "The Olde Homestead" filled with fall "greens" and a metal crow. Would be a perfect door hanger.

A "Kenny" creation - corner spoon holder in dark mustard.

More "Kenny" creations. A storage bench, bed steps, another corner spoon holder - plus we have noodle boards and shoe flies in all shapes and sizes.

WOO-HOO! This is a wonderful, primitive, OLD slant-top desk with the original bittersweet paint.

Another great piece is this unusual blanket chest - it would be the perfect coffee table. It originally came from Vermont.

The inside has a built-in tray and two little drawers.

Two more old trunks - one a WWII ammunition box.

I love this hooked mat so much that I had to get one for myself.

This make-do chair is awesome. If it doesn't sell soon, it WILL be coming home with me!

Just got this old "door chair". What a perfect addition to a foyer or mud room!

I hope some of you will come in to see what else we've added. Tonight is "sewing" night with lots of new creations on the way.

Have most of you started putting out fall yet? I did that last night and it was so much fun pulling out the old prim "friends". This is perfect weather for decorating, lighting your candles, listening to some peaceful music and cooking up a big old pot of your favorite soup. Have fun with all of it - autumn only comes once a year!
