ONE YEAR IN BUSINESS! Yup, the best shop neighbor I could have gotten has now been in business for one year. Janie has done a bang-up job and the whole town has fallen in love with her! The morning regulars are the sweetest! Friend Larry and his wife Louise brought in balloons and a cake for her anniversary. Congratulations my friend.It's going to be a beautiful fall Saturday here in Michigan. The temps are supposed to get up to at least 70! The perfect day to stroll the streets of Holly and come in to get your 30% off Halloween goodies.
After the shop closes, Dick and I are heading up to the Little House to get some things put away for fall. I'm hoping lots of colors will be out and we can bring home pumpkins to all of the grandbabies. I LOVE to be up north in the fall, I think it's my favorite time to be there. It always feels so cozy with the candles in the windows, the fireplace "lit", and good food simmering on the stove. I've got to take some sewing with me, lots to get ready for in less than 3 weeks!
