ANOTHER GREAT EVENT...

Good morning prim friends! First of all, I'd like to thank all of the old and new customers that made The Place We Call Home Gathering a huge success. Peggy and I can't wait to start planning for next year.
Saturday morning the doors opened again and we were so lucky to have music by Dan Hays. Lots of his cd's were sold, people sang and it was wonderful.
When we got there on Sunday, Bob and Peggy's friend Laura was our entertainment. She did a great job and we all had so much fun.
Can you tell we were all getting a little slap-happy? Bob was even dancing with the snowman! Yesterday we loaded up our remaining wares and returned to the shop to do a total redo! You'll have to stop in and see our new goodies - including LOTS of 1803 candles.
Now, it's time to mark your calendars again. This time for Saturday, September 22 at 10 a.m. Have you ever been to the Old Granary in Quincy, Michigan? If not, you're really missing out. We are so thrilled to be doing Joann's Gathering On The Lawn again this year. We will be taking handmades, some of our handcrafted furniture and some antiques. This is another fantastic PRIMITIVE event you won't want to miss. Hope you take a nice fall drive and come see us there. Now it's time to get sewing again so we're ready! Until next time...
