FUN AND FURNITURE...

The other day I was outside having my morning coffee and first Dick came along with Abbey in the lawn trailer. She was grinning from ear to ear!
The next trip by, guess who was driving???!!! She thought she was really big stuff - her first driving experience. Don't worry, it was on SLOW speed and Dick was walking next to her. These are the things memories are made of.
Now for some new furniture in the shop. This little mustard cupboard would be the perfect fit for any room in the house! Who knows? Next time you see it, Sharon might have used her magic paintbrush on it! How about the folding towel rack?
This picture does not do this piece justice. Wish I had room at The Little House for it. It is dark New England Red with a feedsack curtain on the front. What a great old pie safe and so much storage!
This tiger oak dresser is in great shape. Who couldn't use a small dresser? This would even look great in a living or dining room.
Another piece I'd love to take to The Little House is this old blue island/work table. Just the perfect height for an island (or a bathroom vanity with a sink installed).
Lots of white enamelware snuck in too. Even soap dishes!
Tomorrow is going to be a busy day - Holly Sidewalk Sales! My Gannon is coming to work with me for his first paycheck. It's supposed to be so darn hot again, but we hope to get a tent set up outside for a little shade.
The circus is also coming to Holly tomorrow. If we get up early enough, we may try to to watch the elephants pull up the big top!
Hope all of you have a great weekend and have a way to keep cool.
Until next time...
