WEEKEND IN THE COUNTRY...

Oh my goodness, this is the weekend to come to Springfield-Oaks at 12451 Andersonville Rd., Davisburg, MI to WEEKEND IN THE COUNTRY! There will be 150+ booths, free DIY demonstrations, great food, music, antiques, appraisals and more, more, more! Do you watch HGTV? Have you seen "Cash and Cari"? She will be there with her vintage yellow truck. Holly Hills Primitives is SOOO excited to be a part of this great event! Come see us in the Barn House. Remember, the shop will be open and staffed for the weekend also.
This was a great day at Holly Hills Primitives. We had lots of new customers and a few old ones too. Our fall rug hooking class started and we had two new members join us today (Brenda and Sue) along with our wonderful instructor - Sue.
Our little village just keeps getting better and better. We had FIVE downtown ribbon cuttings, along with new businesses at the north end of town. The first is the new Holly Emporium.
We moved next door to the Fenton Winery - they have lots of free wine tasting!
Our friend Janet opened the Holly Spirit Shop and is taking off like a rocket.
Nicole moved into a larger shop with Morgan's Boutique. This is a wonderful resale shop that started out with children's clothing and is now adding women's ware.
AND Emily and Ray are back with Pigeon In The Parlour. Next time you're in Holly, be sure to check out these great shops. My hubby came to take me to a birthday lunch. Friend Missy watched the shop for a little bit, so we could actually go to the Bittersweet Cafe and get away for a few minutes. All in all, it was a great day. We're looking forward to another one tomorrow! Until next time...

  2. I have got to get to Holly! Sadly this weekend won't be when it happens. Heading to the Grand Hotel. You, "Holly", seem so far away from my little town. But will have to make the effort at some point because it sounds like such a fun little town! Enjoy your weekend!

  3. Wow this weekend sounds like it will be fantastic there! Have fun! I moved 3 years ago from a more busy midwest area to a small town. It's such a nice change. Holly sounds like a very welcoming town.
